Following a week of competition, the Rainbow Six: Siege Charlotte Major has come to a close. Seeing the top teams from around the world competing for a share of the $500,000 prize pool, and a bunch of qualification points towards the next Six Invitational, this year's event now has a victor.
After a gruelling finals match, it was DarkZero Esports who are heading home with the trophy and $200,000 of the prize pool, after a 3-2 victory against Astralis, a game that saw each team trading blows and heading into a fifth map.
This win wraps up yet another stage of the 2022 Rainbow Six Siege competitive calendar, and puts all eyes on the next Major, which will be held in August. Ubisoft has yet to announce where this Major will be held.
